The National President and the Executive Committee has the rights to appoint sub-committee chairmen for each activity of the YMMA Conference every year. The sub committees are appointed for the following areas:
• District development programs
• Vocational trainings
• Fund raising
• Religious activities
• Scholarships
• Disaster Management
• Youth Leadership for Member YMMAs
• Legal Unit
• Archives and Library
• National issues
