All Ceylon YMMA Conference primarily is a Youth and Youth serving Community based Organization (CBO), founded on the 30 April 1950 with seventeen YMMA Branches coming under one umbrella under the distinguished Leadership of Marhoom Al-Haj Dr. A. M. A. Azeez (Ceylon Civil Service) as Founder National President with Al-Haj Lafir Cassim as the Founder National General Secretary .

To help the needy and deserving students by providing them school uniforms, books, scholarships and scholarships to pursue higher education, etc
Sports
The aim of the Sports Projects is to provide access to multiple sports, both traditional and non- traditional, to disadvantaged and underprivileged children in the country.
Health and Anti Drugs
Promote the principles and practice of quality improvement and risk management in healthcare. Organize free medical camps, blood donation camps within the country Aims and Objectives of Anti-drugs related projects.
Youth Empowerment
This pillar of YMMA is focusing on career development, youth entrepreneurship, research, public-private partnerships initiatives, youth development, and local and foreign training.
Social Integration
Engagement the youth in social activities or relationships and a sense of communality and identification with one’s social roles.
